The Product Experience Specialist is responsible for understanding user behavior, identifying critical pain points, and translating those insights into elegant, effective digital products. This role requires fluency in both research methodologies and design execution, ensuring that solutions are not only visually compelling but deeply validated by user needs.

  • Full-Cycle Research Design & Execution
  • Synthesis and Insight Translation

  • Information Architecture (IA) and Flow Definition
  • Design Validation and Measurement

Must Have

  • Expert Command of Design and Prototyping Tools (Paper, Real life, Digital)
  • Full-Cycle Research Proficiency
  • Actionable Portfolio (Research to Design)
  • Information Architecture (IA) and User Flow Mapping
  • Data Synthesis and Stakeholder Communication

Nice to have

  • Digital Interface Development Familiarity
  • Advanced Quantitative/Analytics Skills
  • Experience with Enterprise/B2B Software
  • Design System Management
